Thielert AG: Annual shareholders' meeting cancelled. Revocation of the admission to Prime Standard.

Hamburg - The annual shareholders' meeting of Thielert AG, scheduled for 9th July 2008, is cancelled. Today the CEO applied at Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(FWB) for the revocation of the admission of the shares to the section of the regulated market with further follow-up mandatory reports (Prime Standard). The admission of the shares to the regulated market (General Standard) persists.
