§ 26 Abs. 1 WpHG: Morgan Stanley unter 3%

We have received on 10 July 2008 the following announcements from Morgan Stanley, Wilmington/USA on its own behalf and on behalf of such further subsidiaries as mentioned below pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 and sec. 24 WpHG that:
1. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York/USA on 7 July 2008, has fallen below the threshold of 3% of voting rights of Thielert AG and on that day holds 0% of the voting rights (0 shares, each carrying one voting right); and
2. The holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington/USA on 7 July 2008, has also fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Thielert AG, and on that day holds 0% (0 shares, each one carrying one voting right).
3. This chain of entities is represented as follows (starting with the highest level):
